Live Cams in Sogn og Fjordane

Sogn og Fjordane is a county located in the western part of Norway, bordered by the Norwegian Sea. The county's landscape is characterized by the extensive Sognefjorden, along with its several tributaries, waterfalls, and lakes, all surrounded by towering mountains in the interior and smaller peaks closer to the coast, as well as fertile farmland and stunning fjords (a fjord is a long, narrow sea inlet flanked by steep cliffs, formed due to glacial retreat). Most of this region is rural, and its population is scattered across the lush (or snowy) mountains. It is home to the longest fjord in Norway and the second longest in the world (the Sognefjord), the largest glacier on the European mainland (Jostedal Glacier), and the remarkable Nærøyfjord, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, along with many other attractions. You can even witness the beauty of this area through a livestream. The population numbers around 113,000, with Hermansverk serving as the capital. Other notable towns include Førde, Florø, Sogndal, Leikanger, Nordfjordeid, and Stryn. Key sites to visit are Jostedalsbreen National Park, Huldefossen,
