Live Cams in Yeongnam

The Yeongnam region lies in the southwest portion of South Korea. It comprises North Gyeongsang and South Gyeongsang provinces, along with the self-governing cities of Busan, Daegu, Pohang, and Ulsan. South Gyeongsang’s capital is Changwon, noted as Korea’s first planned city. Positioned along the coast, it offers several beaches, numerous parks, and hosts a variety of festivals throughout the year. To the east of Changwon is Busan Metropolitan City, which operates Korea’s busiest port. Busan functions as a cultural, economic, and educational hub, offering attractions such as seaside resorts, hot springs and spas, ecological parks, museums, temples, and the distinctive Gamcheon Culture Village. Andong serves as the capital of North Gyeongsang Province and is recognized for preserving folk traditions, cultural festivities, and regional cuisine. In Andong you can visit Hahoe Folk Village, a World Heritage Site. On the eastern coast lies Pohang, where you can enjoy a vibrant downtown nightlife and striking nighttime views, including the multicolored illumination of POSCO, one of the world’s largest steel companies. In Ulsan Metropolitan City, bounded by the Sea of Japan, you’ll find Korea’s only whale museum, scenic coastal paths, and beaches.
