Barban, city view, Croatia Live Cam

This live webcam provides a view of Barban, an enchanting medieval town and municipality located in Istria County, Croatia. The camera is positioned in the heart of the town, adjacent to St. Nicholas Church, and looks southward along Barban Street at its intersection with State Road D66, as illustrated on the accompanying map. In addition to the baroque parish church, which was finished in 1701, Barban boasts three other historic churches, stunning frescoes, medieval fortifications and gates, a citadel, and various other cultural and historical treasures. Each August, the town celebrates a jousting tournament known as Trka Na Prstenac, which is rooted in medieval customs. Additionally, the surrounding pedestrian, cycling, and horseback riding paths offer opportunities to discover the picturesque estuary of the Raša River.
