This live stream webcam offers a view of the impressive Hōzōmon Gates at Sensō-ji, a historic Buddhist temple located in the Asakusa area of Tokyo. Closely visible is the Hōzōmon Gate, which serves as an inner entrance to the temple. This stunning structure is home to numerous treasures, such as two Niō statues, three lanterns, and a pair of large traditional sandals. Originally constructed in 942 and renovated in 1964, the gate stands at a height of 22.7 meters (74 feet), width of 21 meters (69 feet), and depth of 8 meters (26 feet). Sensō-ji holds the distinction of being the oldest temple in Japan's capital and is recognized as one of the most frequented spiritual sites globally, attracting over 30 million visitors each year.
