Lesser Spotted Eagle nest, Zemgale Live Cam

A live stream showcases the nest of the Lesser Spotted Eagle located in the Zemgale region of southern Latvia. This camera provides a real-time view of the Lesser Spotted Eagle family. The nest was constructed on a birch tree approximately 20 meters above the ground, and based on the condition of the branches, it appears to be at least five years old, with some lower branches showing signs of wear. This live webcam near the eagle's nest is made possible by the Latvian Nature Fund as part of the "Ensuring Protection of the Spotted Spot in Latvia" project (LIFE AQPOM), which receives funding from the European Commission's LIFE + program and support from the Administration of the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund. The camera operates continuously, offering a constant live feed.
