This live streaming camera offers a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji, the tallest mountain in Japan, reaching a height of 3,776.24 meters (12,389.2 feet). The view is captured from Kawaguchiko train station in Fujikawaguchiko, a resort area located in Yamanashi Prefecture on Honshu Island. Known as a symbol of Japan, Mount Fuji is recognized as one of the "Three Holy Mountains," holds the status of a Special Place of Scenic Beauty, and has been listed as a Cultural Site on the World Heritage list since June 2013. This stunning active stratovolcano attracts tourists, hikers, and spiritual pilgrims alike. The town of Fujikawaguchiko, home to the live feed, serves as a starting point for ascending the volcano via the Yoshida Trail, which circles Lake Kawaguchi, one of the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji.
