The live webcam displayed above provides a view of Berlin's Olympic Stadium (Olympiastadion) from Corbusierhaus Berlin, located to the west of the city. Designed by Werner March, this stadium is part of the larger Olympiapark Berlin complex and was built for the 1936 Summer Olympics. It boasts a capacity of 74,475, making it the largest stadium in Germany. The venue underwent renovations and upgrades between 2000 and 2004, including improvements to its roof, and was also prepared for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Additionally, it was the primary site for the 2009 World Athletics Championships. The stadium is the home ground for a Bundesliga football team and has been the location for the men's DFB Cup finals since 1985. It is slated to host the final match of the 2024 European Championship. Beyond sporting events, this grand structure also hosts concerts.
