This live HD Webcam captures the Ponquogue Bridge, which stretches across Shinnecock Bay in Hamptons Bays, located in the Hamptons region of Long Island, New York, USA. Spanning 2,812 feet (857 meters), this bridge was constructed in 1986 to replace an earlier structure that now functions as a fishing pier. The Ponquogue Bridge links Hamptons Bays with Westhampton Island, the furthest eastern barrier island in the town of Southampton, as illustrated on our map below. In the foreground, there is a spacious parking area, while Beach Road, which runs alongside Ponquogue Beach, can be seen across the screen.
