A live webcam stream showcases Saint Benedict Square (Piazza San Benedetto) located in Norcia, Italy. The camera is positioned on the Museum of Castellina's building and provides a real-time view of the square, which features a monument honoring St. Benedict at its center. To the right of the livestream, you can observe the St. Benedict Monastery, which is adjacent to the square and was severely damaged by an earthquake on October 30, 2016. The principal basilica, named for St. Benedict, is linked to the current Benedictine monastery. Although constructed in the 13th century, this structure was built atop the remains of one or more smaller Roman edifices, sometimes referred to as the Roman Basilica or the birthplace of the twin saints, Benedict and Scholastica. The Gothic-style facade is notable for its central pink window and a relief featuring the four evangelists. Inside, the fresco depicting the Resurrection of Lazarus, created in 1560 by Michelangelo Carducci, can be found.
