Taylor soft serve freezer Live Cam

We are sharing the unfortunate experience we’ve had with our nearly new Taylor soft serve freezer, which has been rendered inoperable. The live webcam footage doesn’t do justice to its current state. Unfortunately, the Taylor machine has never operated as it should, and our attempts to get assistance from the local agents, Cateringassiste S.A. in Portugal, have proven futile. The technician's last inspection revealed that it can only be repaired at Taylor's factory in Rockton, Illinois, due to significant issues that existed when it was initially shipped. Since 2013, Cateringassiste S.A. in Lisbon has completely ignored our lawyers' correspondence. Our numerous emails and phone calls have been met with blank stares from staff who seem embarrassed and unable to provide assistance, as they have been out of touch with their management for years. We are appealing to Taylor Inc. or United Technologies for help, as our Taylor soft serve freezer has been unused and neglected since 2014—over five years. Despite reaching out to Cateringassiste again in December 2018, we never envisioned it would be so difficult to elicit a response from either Taylor or Cateringassiste S.A.
