Leishanshan Hospital, Wuhan Live Cam

A live webcam is providing real-time coverage of the ongoing construction of Leishanshan Hospital in Wuhan, located in Hubei Province, China. This facility is being developed to accommodate 1,600 patients suffering from the deadly 2019-nCoV coronavirus. The hospital is expected to be completed and operational by February 5, 2020. Leishanshan Hospital marks the second specialized facility in Wuhan aimed at treating individuals infected with this new strain of coronavirus. Its construction is happening simultaneously with that of Huoshenshan Hospital. Both hospitals are being built following the blueprint of Xiaotanshan Hospital in Beijing, which was completed in just one week in April 2003 in response to the SARS outbreak.
