A webcam has been set up on Primorsky Boulevard in Odessa, providing a live view of the monument dedicated to the Duke de Richelieu. This bronze statue, also referred to as the monument to Duke, Richelieu, or Duke Bronze, honors Armand Emmanuel du Plessis, Duke de Richelieu, and was unveiled in 1828, making it the first monument established in Odessa. The statue is oriented towards the sea and is positioned right in front of the Potemkin Stairs, which descend to the Sea Port. Behind the monument lie two official buildings that create a semi-circular layout, with Catherine Square situated further back.
